These terms cover your use of bebe. By using the site you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and readable.

What bebe is

bebe lets you create a private prediction game for a new baby and share it with the people you invite.

Your content

You and your guests are responsible for the guesses, notes, and any other content you submit. Keep it kind, lawful, and appropriate for the people you are sharing it with.

Acceptable use

Please do not use bebe for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

Payments

When self-serve games launch, a game will be a one-time fee of $29. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything.

Availability

We work hard to keep bebe reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using bebe after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
